This overnight social event at Lake Houston Wilderness Park (25840 FM 1485, New Caney, TX 77357) is an opportunity to use your night vision devices or red/green lense headlamps during a 13 mile night movement in full kit to complete a team building "mission". After completion you'll be able to down you gear, hang out and sleep in a private 1785 sq. ft cottage with an indoor fireplace, BBQ grill, group fire ring with benches, refrigerator, cold water and electricity. This facility has no AC/heat but does include ceiling and floor fans. Restroom without shower is included, guest must shower at restroom facilities near by. Breakfast tacos & coffee will be provided the following morning. Please email info@obsidiantactics.com if you have dietary restrictions (eggs, pork, dairy, gluten).

Prerequisites: Must be physicaly able to navigate 13 miles of trail wearing full kit + 24hrs sustainment.

Equipment List: 

Night vision devices or red lense headlamp (spare batteries would be a good idea)

Firearms (carried condition 3)

Sling for rifles

Holster for pistols

Hygeine kit (TP, wet wipes, hand sanitizer)

1st Aid/Trauma Kit

Minimum 1L of water

Ready to eat non-cook meals/snacks to sustain yourself for 24 hours

Insect repellent

Weather appropriate field attire (trail shoes/boots, hat, towel, ect.) 

Shower kit, if you're going to shower at the campsite.

Any plate carriers, chest rigs, LBE, or rucsack or backpack to carry all of the above
